<p>This alarm problem is most likely the result of a bug in the Clock iOS app. However, users are encouraged to disable Standby Mode and even return to the iPhone’s normal alarm tone until we determine the primary cause of this failure. Although not having the alarm go off is undoubtedly on the unique list of problems that iPhone users have encountered over the years, software upgrades often bring their own problems, which may have to do with the Wi-Fi or Bluetooth network.</p>
