The cricket superstar Virat Kohli, who is well-known for his fervent devotion to the game and his kind personality off it, told a funny story about his early years. The ex-Indian captain shares a sweet story that reveals a side of himself that is never seen: a cheeky younger brother learning a lesson from his older sister.

The cricket player spoke out about something that happened in the past. He recalled how he used to call his sister Bhawna “tu,” which is a colloquial word for equals or younger people. But this apparently innocuous behavior took an unforeseen turn when his sister gave him a severe beating because she was tired of his casual address. He never used the phrase again in his life because of the profound effect the episode had on him. People have been amused by the unexpected results of Kohli’s naughty activity, which has made quite a buzz on the internet, after this humorous discovery.

Bohot maara, bohot maara, bohot maara hai, meri behen ne mujhe bohot maara. Assi merko aadat thi, merko tu karke baat karne ki, main na tu karke baat karta tha. Pata nahi, ek din didi ko pata nahi what’s the deal, tab aisa maara mujhe, Ta nikalna hi bandh ho gaya muhn se, ‘aap kaise ho, aap kya kar rahe ho’, nikalta tha ‘aap’. (My sister had severely battered me. I used to speak to her informally, saying “tu” to her whenever I spoke to her. My sister became upset and struck me; I’m not sure what happened to her. “I started saying ‘aap’ instead of ‘tu’ after that,” he remarked.

He revealed another amusing story in addition to that one, saying, “Main na, shaadi wagerah mein jaata tha dekhta tha log note uda uda ke nachte hain, bada maza araha hai logon ko.” Merely ₹ 50 diye, toh koi ghar pe aya hua tha, ye ye samaan leke aaja, pata nahi kya keeda chadha. 50 ₹ dekh ke merko itni excitement ho gayi kya? Maine uske chote chote tukde kiye, ghar se niche jaake, seedhiyion se niche jaake, who maine jaake uda diye? Bade saare tukde ude? Main uske niche nachke agaya, main samaan hi nahi liya? (When I used to attend weddings, I would see people tossing cash into the air. My mother once offered me ₹ 50 so I could bring some goods when someone came to our place. I’m not sure what occurred, but seeing ₹ 50 made me quite happy. I walked downstairs, broke it up into little bits, and tossed those pieces out. I went back home when I began dancing underneath it.”

The combination of Bhawna’s lighthearted reply and Kohli’s candid narration in the video resonated with people all around the globe. It quickly surpassed 3 million views on Instagram, leaving the internet community utterly delighted and thrilled.
An observer posted in response to the video, saying, “Everyone thinks he is a gangster until real gangster arrive.”
A another user said, “Didi is a real gangster.”
“It’s been fifteen years since the bowlers were last seen, but didi ne ek baar maara? (Sister struck me once and I’ve been venting my rage on bowlers for fifteen years),” the third commenter said.
