An enormous replica of the posters was unveiled at the renowned art museum and will be open to global visitors until March 10.

According to Xinhua, the Olympic and Paralympic posters may be seen as independent pieces, but they also work well together to create a “double poster” that expresses the concept that the two Games are comparable and interconnected.

“A diptych with the same visual approach is a new format for the iconic posters for the Summer Games. According to Tony Estanguet, the head of the Paris 2024 organizing committee, “They are two independent posters telling the story of the Olympic and Paralympic Games, which, when placed side by side, tell the whole story of Paris 2024.”

The posters’ vivid details depicted a dreamlike stadium city, mirroring the Paris 2024 tagline “Games wide open” and the organizers’ goal of integrating sport into the city.

The posters showcase many components, symbols, and principles that embody Paris 2024, Olympism, and Paralympism. These include emblems from the Games, unique designs and restorations from Paris 2024, and classic motifs that symbolize Paris and France. Posters featuring every Olympic and Paralympic sport are also available.

This breathtaking setting beckons viewers to explore and uncover an array of minute details and small-scale sceneries that come together to create an incredibly vibrant and captivating total.

“I instantly envisioned a city stadium open to the world, a suspended time in which you can stroll through microcosms where Parisian landmarks and athletic disciplines joyfully coexist,” Gattoni remarked in response to the request to create the Iconic Posters for Paris 2024.

The posters will be sold via the Paris 2024 store online as well as the Musee d’Orsay. They will also be accessible starting on March 5 at FNAC, a partner of the Paris 2024 Games, and Paris 2024 retailers.

“It’s a fantastic chance to get my work seen by a global audience. A work of art should, in my opinion, have a life of its own,” said Gattoni, who put in almost 2,000 hours to complete the posters.
